The political soap opera
“former Viet Cong soldier Nguyen Van Hai aka Dieu
Cay” has not been cooled down then other political
episode of poisonous snake has already started and created headlines on the
internet websites.
But the most important
thing that the Vietnamese inside and outside Vietnam with the spirit of
Fatherland – Pride – Responsibilities should think thoroughly on every single
word and sentence, political events and other newly born political figures who
have been supporting and polishing Canadian
Senator Ngo Thanh Hai. This senator was
appointed by Canadian Senate, not an elected senator.
It is not sure if there
is a coincidence at same time with the legislation “The Journey to Freedom” which was introduced by Mr. Ngo Thanh Hai. According to author Joan Bryden (excerpt in Vietnamese language
by Dan Chim Viet Online):
This piece of
legislation was sponsored by “Senator Ngo Thanh Hai,
which recognizes the 30th Day of April an international day to
commemorate the exodus of the Vietnamese who fled from the governance of
Vietnamese communists and the welcoming admittance of Canada after the day
Saigon fell under the hands of the Vietnamese Communists” (Sic)
Due to fierce protests
of the authorities of Viet Cong, the name of this legislation has been changed
to “The Law of Journey to Freedom” (Sic).
Note
1: It means so-called “The Law of Journey to Freedom” has been confirmed to change its name to meet the “fierce protests” of the authorities of
Viet Cong.
Note 2: Senator Ngo Thanh Hai’s presentation before the Canadian Senate:
“To the Vietnamese Canadians and the Vietnamese communities who are
currently living in the countries outside Vietnam, the 30th Day of
April is the day when Vietnam fell into the hands of the dictatorship and
oppressing communist regime which does not care about human rights” (Sic).
Question: Who invoked
the “fall” of Vietnam into the hands of the dictatorship and oppressing
communist regime which does not care about human rights”? It was factual
that the Republic of Vietnam and Vietnam (as a nation) was invaded by the USSR
and China. And the so-called “The communist party of Vietnam” and its
affiliated political, military, economic and social organizations were only the
politically malicious Vietnamese (Viet Gian) in which these communists have
affirmed by carving the notorious declaration at the tomb of former Secretary
General communist Le Duan:” We fight Americans/
Vietnamese and this fight is for the USSR and China” (Sic).
Therefore, there was no
natural fall of Vietnam like Mr Ngo Thanh Hai’s statement above.
Being invaded and
governed by the invaders then the unneeded phrase “Dictatorship, oppression, without care about human rights" (sic) are only paper flowers to hide a suppressing political
regime which was created by the expansionist USSR and China and gave it to Viet
Cong whom they have Vietnamese originality and look-alike face appearance so
the USSR and Chinese expansionist identities can be masked up and hidden
tactfully before the international communities as well as the Vietnamese who
have not been well informed and have been brainwashed in the systematic
propaganda schemes which have been initiated not only by Viet Cong under the
full sponsorship of the USSR and China but also with the western specific
interest powers therefore the people cannot differentiate between facts and
communist political propaganda.
Note 3: Senator Ngo Thanh Hai
also stated:
“We
remember the 30th of April was a dark day because it was a sad day,
we already lost our country, lost families, lost friends, lost homes, lost
freedom and lost our democratic rights. It reminds ourselves a day of loss and
sadness” (sic).
It is not in Vietnam
history but also in international history there are many historic examples that
one cannot use the concept of “losing country” when that country is still run
by the people who continue enriching the benefits for that country.
Example
1: The democratic revolution in 1789 in France
which overthrew the kingship regime to begin a new political regime that was
totally new and quite different from the previous kingship regime. But no one
has indicated that the French people in the democratic regime had lost his
country.
Example
2: When the Great General Quang Trung crushed out
the invading Thanh regime in Vietnam and eventually ended the governance of Le
Trung Hung. Even the northern people in Vietnam at that time under Le – Trinh
regime never thought that they lost their country but they were real proud to
be under the leadership of General Quang Trung.
Therefore when Senator Ngo Thanh Hai stated “We already lost our
country” (sic) it means he
himself confirmed that the Vietnamese communists are subordinates of the
foreign invaders to invade the Republic of Vietnam and established the red
colonization regime which has hidden the name of Republic Socialist of Vietnam.
When Senator affirmed
that the invasion of Viet Cong to the Republic of Vietnam has stripped off its
people’s freedom and democratic rights” then he also conscientiously or
unconscientiously affirmed that under the Republic of Vietnam the people did
have true freedom and democratic rights.
Senator
Ngo did not have political
guts to report to Canadian senate that in his own assessment the Vietnamese
communists is only a dictatorship and suppressing regime which does not care
about human rights (in fact, Vietnamese communists have wiped out all human
rights of the Vietnamese people because in reality these people have been
transformed into “red slaves”.
Note
4: It is strange that one
cannot understand why an active political figure who became a Canadian senator,
even though having been an appointed senator, but Mr. Ngo Thanh Hai does
not remember Vietnamese ancestors’ teaching “Honesty is father of
maliciousness”.
Reading
the reports on Senator Ngo Thanh Hai’s piece of legislation people recognize that sometimes it is
referred as “Recognition of the 30th
day of April is an international day to commemorate the exodus of Vietnamese
refugees who fled Communism and the welcome of Canada” (sic) then it was changed to “Bill of the Day in Black April” then finally “due
to fierce protest of Viet Cong so the name of that bill has been finally
changed to “The Law of Journey to Freedom” (sic).
Therefore,
the Bill with its formal name “The
Law of Journey to Freedom” should
be considered a fully intentional cooperation between Ngo Thanh Hai and the “authorities of Viet Cong”. It is clearer to confirm that “The Law of Journey to Freedom” has been authored by Viet Cong and Senator Ngo Thanh Hai has
only bent down his head and knees real low to accept it without any
contributions and initiatives.
Why?
Because for decades
everybody understands that every year on April 30th, the Vietnamese
refugees always call that day the “National Mourning Day”. The Reformed Party (Viet Tan) created its unjustified ways to
wipe out the word “Mourning” and replaced it by another name that has caused
much misunderstanding of the meaning of that word. Now, Mr. Ngo Thanh Hai, Canadian appointed
senator is not only chewing again the rag of Viet Tan Party (its party name has
been changed to “VIET TANH”, meaning “PARTY/ GROUP OF FISHY
POLITICAL JERKS”) but Ngo also considers
the 30th day of April a “national anniversary”. We would like to ask
Mr Ngo Thanh Hai, a long-time resident of Canada, if he still understands the
meaning of the Vietnamese words and sentences.
Does he understand the opposite meanings between “National
Mourning Day” and “National Anniversary” when he names the 30th Day
of April?
Also, your phrase “The Journey to Freedom” has messed up the meaning of “The National Mourning Day”
Asking Ngo Thanh Hai: Are the above photos joyful and happy
enough to make it as “national anniversary”
Only Viet Cong are happy. And who agrees with them?
Mr Ngo, This is a
friendly reminder to you so you can refresh your mind and understand Vietnamese
language with its accurate meaning of whatever inside your own statements. When
mentioning about “The National Mourning Day” it means that day (April 30th)
was a nationwide funeral day of the whole Vietnam. Commemorating “the National
Mourning Day” is a reminder that the Vietnamese refugees have to remember their
goal is to fight Vietnamese and Chinese communists to regain their country, the
FATHERLAND of VIETNAM. It means they have to work hard by all means,
generations after generations, to push out the Communist invaders off Vietnam
who are only subordinates of the USSR and Red China. That is the only way the
Vietnamese refugees will not have to live as refugees in other countries
without having their meaningful fatherland.
Meanwhile, if the exodus
of the Vietnamese has only one goal of “The Journey to Freedom” then after
being settled down in another country, such as in Canada, then the regaining
their fatherland is not the top goal of the Vietnamese refugees.
Note 5: This fifth note
should be also shared with the audience including Mr Ngo Thanh Hai and attorney
Vu Duc Khanh, a Canadian resident. Vu’s article on BBC with its name “The
Journey to Freedom is a chance of reconciliation” has shown full support to Ngo
Thanh Hai’s viewpoint and openly disclosed Ngo Thanh Hai’s goal via his
“Journey to Freedom” is a “Reconciliation” scheme with the communists. Vu, a
strong supporter to Ngo, truly recognizes the “3-card cheating political
gamble” of Ngo Thanh Hai. The introduction of his legislation “Journey to
Freedom” which calls the 30th Day of April a “national anniversary”
is a perfect match with Viet Cong’s preparation to introduce their “Activities

It means the Communists
consider that day is their “national anniversary”. Therefore, this is a strong
and proven proof that Ngo Thanh Hai’s “political thoughts” have been perfectly
matched and cooperated with “the invasion strategy” of Viet Cong who always
follow Secretary-General Le Duan’s national strategy “We fight Americans/
Vietnamese but our fight is only for the USSR and China”. The communists
recognize the 30th April, 1975 (when Viet Nam became a red colony)
as a “national day” then Ngo Thanh Hai also recognizes the day the Communists
took over power in South Vietnam as a “national day” as well.
Now, the audience inside
and outside Vietnam, especially the Vietnamese refugees around the globe fully
understand who Ngo Thanh Hai is and recognize if he is a spoiled, rotten child
of Le Chieu Thong or a good kid Great King Quang Trung?
CONCLUSION
Author Nguyen Ngoc Sang on Ba Cay Truc website calls on supporting signatures for Ngo Thanh Hai’s Legislation “The Journey to Freedom”.
It
is our heartfelt reminder and also an urgent call on the thoughtful
consideration of our respectful elderly, spiritual leaders, organizations
leaders and all Vietnamese refugees around the world to think thoroughly before
signing your names to support Ngo Thanh Hai’s political tricks. Via emails we
can also reveal the true political identity of Ngo Thanh Hai. We will determine
to stop the communists who use our National Morning Day 30th Day of
April by flying our own national yellow flag (yellow background with three red
stripes) to “celebrate” along with the Communists on this nationwide horrific
day. Please remember that if we are in Ngo Thanh Hai’s fraudulent political
game and are “happy” with the “national anniversary of April 30th”
then it is not different than we fly our own national yellow flag to surrender
the cruel Communist traitors.
With
our due respect, we would like to remind that we must consider this is our top
and utmost important responsibility to destroy maliciously political ploys of
the Communists who usually use “robots” to invade and control the Vietnamese
refugee communities and force us to surrender them by using our own national
yellow flag.

Câu chuyện cựu nguỵ quân
VGCS Nguyễn Văn Hải, tức Điếu Cày còn chưa kịp nguội thì lại đến chuyện Bọ Lập, bọ
cạp lại ồn ào trên các website.
Nhưng điều quan trọng
hơn cả mà những người Việt Nam ở cả trong và ngoài nước nếu còn giữ được tinh
thần Tổ Quốc - Danh Dự - Trách Nhiệm thì cần thiết phải suy nghĩ thật kỹ ý nghĩa từng câu, từng chữ và những diễn biến cũng
như những nhân vật đẻ ra và đang đánh bóng cái sáng kiến của ông Ngô
Thanh Hải, Thượng Nghị Sĩ do chỉ định của Thượng Viện Canada (chứ chẳng có
bầu bán gì hết)!
Không biết có trùng hợp
không, trong khi dự luật “Hành
Trình đến Tự do” do ông Ngô Thanh Hải đề xuất. Dự luật này,
theo như giải thích của tác giả Joan Bryden (được DCV online lược dịch) thì:
“Dự thảo luật này do
Thương Nghị Sĩ Ngô Thanh
Hải bảo trợ, công nhận 30 tháng 4 là một ngày quốc lễ để kỷ
niệm cuộc di tản của người Việt Nam tỵ nạn cộng sản và sự đón nhận của Canada
sau ngày Saigon rơi
vào tay lực lượng cộng sản Bắc Việt” (sic).
“Vì những
phản đối om sòm của phía chinh phủ Việt Nam, tên của dự luật này đã được đổi
thành “Đạo luật Hành trình tìm Tự do” (sic).
CHÚ Ý
1: Như thế có nghĩa là cái gọi là “Đạo luật Hành
trình tìm Tự do” đã được khẳng định chắc chắn sửa đổi cho thoả mãn phản đối của
nguỵ quyền VGCS!
CHÚ Ý
2: Thượng Nghị Sĩ Ngô Thanh Hải đã trình
bày trước Thượng viện Canada:
“Đối với những người
Canada gốc Việt Nam và Cộng đồng Người Việt hiện nay đang sống ở nước ngoài, 30
Tháng 4 là ngày Việt Nam rơi
vào tay một chế độ cộng
sản độc tài và áp bức không quan tâm đến nhân quyền.” (sic)
Xin được hỏi: Ai làm RƠI Việt Nam vào tay một chế độ cộng sản độc tài và áp bức, không quan
tâm đến nhân quyền? Bởi vì sự thực là Việt Nam Cộng Hoà nói riêng và toàn bộ đất nước Việt Nam nói chung đều bị Nga Xô và Tàu bành trướng xâm lược. Còn cái tổ chức gọi là “Đảng Cộng Sản Việt Nam” với toàn bộ hệ thống
tổ chức chính trị, quân sự, kinh tế, sinh hoạt xã hội chỉ là những tên VIỆT GIAN mà chính chúng đã khẳng định ngay tại Miếu thờ của tên đại việt gian Lê Duẩn rằng: “TA ĐÁNH LÀ ĐÁNH CHO LIÊN
XÔ VÀ CHO TRUNG QUỐC”(sic).
Như vậy không thể có cái
chuyện RƠI (một cách ngẫu nhiên) như ông Ngô Thanh Hải khẳng định.
Đã bị xâm lược và bị cai
trị bởi quân xâm lược thì những câu dư thừa “độc tài và áp bức, không quan tâm đến nhân quyền” (sic) chỉ là mấy bông hoa giấy để che đậy một chế độ chính trị do Nga Xô và Tàu bành trướng thiết lập
và trao cho tập đoàn VGCS cai trị, bởi vì chúng có cái gốc gác và diện mạo người Việt Nam, như thế sẽ che được bộ mặt
xâm lược của thực dân đỏ Nga Xô và Tàu bành trướng, trước dư luận thế giới cũng như những người dân Việt Nam
còn thiếu thông tin trầm trọng và bị u mê quay cuồng trong cơn bão tuyên
truyền, nói láo không chỉ của tập đoàn VGCS với các mẫu quốc Nga Xô, Tàu bành
trướng mà còn của ngay cả các thế lực duy lợi Phương Tây, nên họ không nhận ra
giữa thực và hư!!!
CHÚ Ý
3: Ông Thượng Nghị Sĩ Ngô Thanh Hải cũng nói
rằng:
“Chúng tôi nhớ 30 Tháng
4 là một ngày đen tối vì nó là một ngày buồn, chúng tôi đã mất nước, mất gia đình, mất
những người bạn, mất những mái nhà, mất
tự do và mất quyền dân chủ của chúng tôi. Nó kỷ niệm một
ngày của mất mát và đau buồn.” (sic)
Khi nói “Chúng tôi đã mất nước” thì
có nghĩa là đất nước Việt Nam đã bị lọt vào tay những kẻ không phải là
Việt Nam!
Không chỉ ở Việt Nam mà
ngay trong lịch sử thế giới cũng đã cho rất nhiều thí dụ rằng không thể nào sử
dụng được khái niệm “MẤT NƯỚC” khi đất nước vẫn do nhân dân đất nước đó điều
hành và làm lợi cho đất nước đó.
Thí dụ
1: cuộc cách mạng dân chủ tư sản 1789 ở Pháp đã
lật đổ chế độ phong kiến để mở ra một chế độ chính trị mới hoàn toàn khác với
thể chế chính trị của chế độ phong kiến Pháp. Nhưng không ai lại gọi trong tay
của chế độ dân chủ tư sản là người dân Pháp bị mất nước.
Thí dụ
2: khi Đại Đế
Quang Trung đánh đuổi quân xâm lược nhà Thanh thì đồng thời chấm dứt triều đại
của nhà Lê Trung Hưng. Ngay cả người dân Miền Bắc Việt Nam lúc đó, sống
dưới triều Lê – Trịnh cũng chưa bao giờ nghĩ rằng mình BỊ MẤT NƯỚC và còn đầy tự hào dưới sự lãnh đạo của Quang Trung Đại Đế!
Cho nên khi ông Thượng
Nghị Sĩ Ngô Thanh Hải
nói rằng: “Chúng tôi đã mất nước” (sic) thì có nghĩa là tự thân ông ta đã thừa
nhận rất đúng đắn rằng tập
đoàn cộng sản Việt Nam là một lũ tay sai cho ngoại bang đã xâm lược Việt Nam Cộng Hoà và thiết lập chế độ thực dân đỏ, núp dưới cái
tên Cộng Hoà Xã Hội Chủ Nghĩa Việt Nam!
Khi ông TNS Ngô Thanh
Hải cũng thừa nhận rằng, sự xâm lược của VGCS đối với Việt Nam Cộng Hoà
đã làm “MẤT TỰ DO VÀ MẤT QUYỀN DÂN CHỦ CỦA CHÚNG TÔI”, thì ông ta cũng hữu thức hoặc vô thức khẳng định
chính xác rằng dưới chế độ Việt Nam Cộng
Hoà là có TỰ DO và DÂN CHỦ.
Như thế mà ông không dám
nói thật nhận thức đó của ông với Thượng Viện Canada rằng Cộng Sản (tức cộng sản Việt Nam) chỉ là: “độc tài và áp bức, không
quan tâm đến nhân quyền” ( chứ không phải là VGCS XOÁ BỎ NHÂN QUYỀN của
nhân dân Việt Nam, vì họ trong thực tế là Nô Lệ Đỏ!!!).
CHÚ Ý
4: Có một điều lạ là
không hiểu tại sao hoạt động về chính trị đến mức được ngồi vào cái ghế
Thượng Nghị Sĩ của Canada, dù là do chỉ định, mà ông Ngô Thanh Hải không nhớ
được lời dạy của Tổ Tiên Việt Nam là: “Thật
Thà Là Cha Quỷ Quái!”
Đọc những bài tường
thuật về lý do dự luật mà ông Ngô
Thanh Hải bảo trợ, lúc thì “Công
nhận 30 Tháng 4 là một ngày quốc
lễ để kỷ niệm cuộc di tản của người Việt Nam tỵ nạn cộng
sản và sự đón nhận của Canada” (sic); rồi lại gọi là “đạo luật ngày tháng 4 đen”
và cuối cùng vì những phản đối om sòm
của phía chính phủ Việt Nam, tên của dự luật này đã
được đổi thành “Đạo Luật Hành Trình Đến
Tự Do” (sic).
Như vậy đạo luật với tên
chính thức là “Đạo Luật Hành Trình Đến
Tự Do” có thể coi là sự đồng loã của ông Ngô Thanh Hải với phía “chính phủ Việt Nam”!!!???
Nếu nói cho rõ hơn thì cái
tên “Đạo Luật Hành Trình Đến
Tự Do” là của Việt Gian Cộng Sản ÁP ĐẶT và ông TNS Ngô Thanh Hải
đã ngoan ngoãn cúi đầu chấp
nhận, không một lời tranh
luận!
Tại
sao vậy?
Bởi vì trước đây ai cũng
biết rằng đã nhiều chục năm nay, năm nào dịp 30 tháng 4, những người Việt Tỵ Nạn VGCS đều gọi ngày 30 Tháng 4, 1975 là ngày QUỐC HẬN. Lũ Việt Tân trước đây đã lập lờ để tìm cách xoá bỏ hai tiếng QUỐC HẬN nhằm thay bằng những danh xưng khiến cho người ta không thể hiểu
nổi sự thật của ngày 30 tháng 4, 1975. Bây giờ ông Ngô Thanh Hải, Thượng
Nghị Sĩ Canada do chỉ định, không những nhai lại miếng giẻ rách của Việt Tân (mà nhà văn Trần Khải Thanh Thuỷ đặt lại cho tên mới
là “VIỆT TANH”)! Mà lại còn mập mờ coi
ngày 30 Tháng 4, 1975 là “MỘT NGÀY QUỐC LỄ”. Xin hỏi ông Ngô Thanh Hải rằng ông ở Canada lâu năm, ông
có còn hiểu ý nghĩa của các câu chữ TIẾNG
VIỆT không???
Ông có biết sự đối lập
nhau về ý nghĩa của “QUỐC HẬN” với “QUỐC
LỄ” để đặt tên cho ngày 30 Tháng 4, 1975???
Cũng như “Hành Trình Đến Tự Do”, nó đã bôi bẩn hai
tiếng “QUỐC HẬN”
không???
Hỏi Ngô Thanh Hải: Những Hình Ảnh Trên vui lắm sao
mà làm QUỐC LẼ???
Chỉ có VGCS mới vui! Và ai đồng tình với
chúng???
Xin chỉ bảo để ông hiểu
rằng (tức gợi cho ông nhớ lại tiếng Việt để hiểu ý nghĩa cho chính xác những
câu chữ mà mình sử dụng). Khi nói đến QUỐC HẬN thì có nghĩa là đó là MỘT
NGÀY TANG của cả nước, tưởng niệm ngày QUỐC HẬN là sự nhắc nhở rằng, những người Việt Nam đi tỵ nạn VGCS là phải
nhớ đến việc PHỤC QUỐC. Nghĩa là phải làm mọi cách để có thể đuổi được quân xâm
lược VGCS, tay sai của Nga Xô và Tàu bành trướng. Chỉ có như thế mới không cần phải TỴ NẠN nữa.
Còn nếu việc tỵ nạn VGCS
chỉ có mục đích là “Hành Trình Đến Tự Do”, thì khi được định cư, ở một nước như Canada
chẳng hạn, thì sẽ không còn coi vấn đề PHỤC
QUỐC là nhiệm vụ chính yếu
nhất của việc tỵ nạn!!!

5: Cũng xin được chia sẻ
với quý bạn đọc kể cả ông Ngô
Thanh Hải cũng như LS Vũ Đức Khanh (cư ngụ tại Canada, có bài
viết đăng trên BBC với tên “Hành Trình Đến Tự Do là
cơ hội hoà giải”, đã ủng hộ quan điểm của Ngô
Thanh Hải và cũng nói huỵch tẹc ra cái ý đồ của Ngô Thanh Hải là “’Hành Trình Đến Tự Do’ Là Cơ Hội Hoà Giải”. Đấy là chính người ủng hộ Ngô
Thanh Hải mà cũng nhận ra cái trò “chính trị bài tây 3 lá” của
ông ta. Việc cho ra đời dự luật “Hành
Trình Đến Tự Do”, coi 30 Tháng 4, 1975
là “MỘT NGÀY QUỐC LỄ” rất trùng hợp với tập đoàn VGCS là chúng đã
chuẩn bị để làm cái gọi là “Hoạt động kỷ niệm 40 năm ngày giải phóng Miền Nam”
(sic) (http://www.cand.com.vn/Hoat-dong-LL-CaNd/dam-bao-aNTT-hoat-dong-ky-niem-40-nam-Ngay-giai-phong-mien-Nam-334551/) , tức là ngày đó chúng coi là một ngày “quốc lễ”. Cho nên đấy lại
