Người Việt ở Pháp, đặc biệt là ở Paris, rằng TT Pháp François Hollande đã
mời bộ đội VC cùng đi diễn hành vào ngày 14 tháng Bảy (14
Juillet - Quốc Khánh Pháp) trên Đại lộ les Champs-Élysées.
Trước đây một số cựu
chiến binh Úc cũng đã có ý định như vậy nhưng đã bị CĐNVTD Úc Châu và
đa số cựu chiến binh Úc đã từng tham chiến tại VN phản đối quyết liệt cho nên ý
định này đã bị hủy bỏ.

Dans de récents
courriers aux associations d’anciens combattants, le secrétaire d’État à la
Défense et aux Anciens combattants (SEDAC), Kader Arif, confirme que François
Hollande a invité l’armée nationale populaire algérienne (ANPA) ainsi que l’armée
de la république socialiste du Vietnam à défiler sur les Champs-Élysées à
l’occasion du 14 Juillet, pour commémorer la participation de ces pays (et
une soixantaine d’autres) au premier conflit mondial.
Si l’on peut voir dans
cette démarche de nombreux symboles tout à fait louables (volonté d’apaisement,
souhait de réconciliation, paix entre les peuples…), n’oublions pas qu’en
1914-1918, les soldats « algériens » étaient
français au même titre que les Sénégalais, les Soudanais, les Tonkinois, les
Malgaches, etc. Que le drapeau tricolore leur a servi de linceul.
Car l’inconvénient est
que, dans tous ses courriers, le SEDAC semble limiter la qualité de
soldats « algériens » aux seuls autochtones
musulmans, niant au passage la francité des combattants de 14-18 (et de 39-45)
et niant aussi leurs origines multiculturelles : kabyles, juifs,
chrétiens, etc. Pourquoi donc faire une différence et tenter de réécrire l’histoire ?
Pis. L’ANPA, qui n’est
autre que la reformulation de l’armée de libération nationale du FLN, a renié
la francité de ces morts pour la France en allant jusqu’à effacer leurs noms
des monuments aux morts après l’indépendance de 1962 ! Pour eux, ces
soldats ayant combattu sous l’uniforme français étaient des traîtres !
Ajoutons à cela que
jamais le FLN et son armée de libération n’ont respecté les lois et règles de
la guerre, multipliant les actes de cruauté et de barbarie.
Et comme par un
malheureux hasard du calendrier, alors que la France vient de se souvenir de
Điện Biên Phủ, le 1er novembre 2014 coïncidera avec le 60e
anniversaire de la Toussaint sanglante.
Vous voyez les

en 2061 ? Et pendant qu’on y est, pourquoi ne pas demander à l’Amicale des
anciens de la division « Das Reich » de venir se
joindre au cortège ?

You see the United States invite Al Qaeda to march through the streets of New York or Washington in 2061 ?
In recent letters to veterans associations , the Secretary of State for Defence and Veterans Affairs ( SEDAC ) , Kader Arif, confirms that François Hollande has invited the Algerian National People's Army ( ANPA ) and the Army of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to march on the Champs- Élysées on the occasion of July 14 , to commemorate the participation of these countries ( and some sixty other ) in the first world war.
If you can see this approach in many symbols laudable ( appeasement , wish for reconciliation, peace between peoples ...), do not forget that from 1914 to 1918 , the " Algerian " soldiers French as well as the Senegalese, Sudanese, Tonkinese , Malagasy , etc. . The tricolor has been their shroud.
Because the downside is that in all his letters , appears to limit the SEDAC quality " Algerian " soldiers Aboriginal Muslims alone , denying passage Frenchness fighters 14-18 ( and 39-45 ) and also denying their multicultural backgrounds : Kabyle , Jews, Christians , etc. . Why make a difference and try to rewrite history ?
Pis. The ANPA , which is none other than the reformulation of the National Liberation Army of the FLN , has denied the Frenchness of those who died for France in up to clear their names memorials after independence in 1962 ! For them, the soldiers who fought under the French uniform were traitors !

And as an unfortunate accident of timing , while France just remember Điện Bien Phu , 1 November 2014 to coincide with the 60th anniversary of the bloody Toussaint .
You see the United States invite Al Qaeda to march through the streets of New York or Washington in 2061 ? And while we're at it , why not ask the Association of veterans of the " Das Reich " Division to come join the procession ?

François Hollande đã mời các quốc gia Quân đội nhân dân Algeria ( ANPA ) và
Quân đội của nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam diễu hành trên đại lộ Champs
-Élysées vào dịp 14 tháng 7 , để kỷ niệm sự tham gia của các quốc
gia này (và một số sáu mươi khác ) trong chiến tranh thế giới lần đầu
tiên .
Nếu bạn có thể thấy
phương pháp này trong nhiều biểu tượng đáng khen ngợi ( xoa dịu , mong muốn hòa
giải , hòa bình giữa các dân tộc ... ) , đừng quên rằng 1914-1918 , các "
Algeria " người lính Pháp cũng như Senegal , Sudan , Bắc Kỳ ,
Malagasy , vv. Các ba màu đã được tấm vải liệm của họ.
Vì nhược điểm là trong tất
cả các bức thư của mình , xuất hiện để hạn chế SEDAC chất lượng
" Algeria " chiến sĩ thổ dân người Hồi giáo một mình, phủ nhận
máy bay chiến đấu Frenchness đoạn 14-18 ( và 39-45 ) và cũng phủ nhận của
họ hình nền đa văn hóa : Kabyle , người Do Thái , Kitô hữu , vv. Tại sao
làm cho một sự khác biệt và cố gắng viết lại lịch sử ?
Pis . Các ANPA , đó là
không có gì khác hơn so với việc tái lập của Quân đội Giải phóng quốc gia của
FLN , đã phủ nhận Frenchness của những người đã chết cho Pháp trong lên để xóa
tên đài tưởng niệm của họ sau khi độc lập vào năm 1962 ! Đối với họ, những
người lính đã chiến đấu dưới đồng phục Pháp là kẻ phản bội !
Thêm vào đó là FLN và
không bao giờ Quân đội Giải phóng của nó đã tôn trọng luật pháp và các quy
tắc của chiến tranh, nhân hành vi tàn ác và man rợ.
Và như là một tai nạn
đáng tiếc của thời gian, trong khi Pháp chỉ cần nhớ Điện Biên Phủ,
ngày 01 tháng 11 năm 2014 trùng với kỷniệm 60 năm của Toussaint đẫm máu .
